Shoprite is ****ming clients for their brand mistakes

Today, I went to Shoprite Da****rt in Pretoria to buy groceries. When I arrived home and unpacked I realised that 6 pack of Ritebrand milk had 3x 1Litres of milk that are off and their containers were swollen up. I called the store with the airtime I don't have. I talked to the first lady and she referred me to Ms Elizabeth Mahlangu after holding on for very long. I explained my self and she suggested that I bring back the milk pack and I then explained that I have to taxify to the store and if the store will refund me for the Bolt fare. She then informed me that store will not be able to refund the Bolt fair and even the airtime I used to call them. I am furious and I had to make other plans in order for me to bake the ordered wedding cake from my client. This is uncalled-for and I will forward this to many consumer platforms where I will be heard. I need justice for this and the court will now have to decide if my claim is fair. ShopRite is an inconveniencing repressive and imperical daylight ****.
