Shoprite is inconsiderate

We got Shoprite vouchers at work and we had to register from a link supp**** by our employer to be gifted. Now the money is in and I am supposed to download the money market app to access it. To my surprise I am being told I shave a money market account. I have never used this service and I don't know how it works. Now I have been trying to fix that issue since the 16th with no luck, could have bought something for Christmas with that voucher but I couldn't because Shoprite keeps taking me back and forth with such an easy task, they don't even update me or atleast answer their customer service line
