Shoprite is dismal

Shoprite at Boitumelo Junction is dismal in all aspects , I tries to withdraw cash at a till and the cashier was unremoursefully unwilling to assist first she complained about not having enough cash after I stood in a queue for over 10 minutes and when I asked what can I do she told me to ask other cashier's even though their queues were also long and I felt she could have asked them for me but she wasn't interested.
