Shoprite: Im so disspointed

<p>I do all my groceries at Shoprite, I think it is a good and very convinient to me, but I bought a kettle with them in November last year (Essential brand) it has a 1 year guarantee. The kettle doesn't work properly anymore, it boils the water but does not switch off, I have to switch the main switch off for it to stop. So I returned it to the store yesterday & was told that its my fault I may have forgotten to put the water in the kettle & switched it on (who does that?) they made me look like I'm stupid & was told to report the matter where ever I want to report it coz they will not take it back. </p> <p>I am very dissapointed with Shoprite after being a customer with them for this long.</p> <p> </p>
