😭Shoprite Idutywa Bad Service

I received the worst service ever and that also led to my mother's 76th Birthday to be bad and my mom was not happy at all. I planned a surprise birthday for her and booked a cake a day before, to my shock it was not done as per my request and yet when I arrived I had to wait again for hours.

Boom when I get home the cake cream melted and deco was messy, I'm so disappointed and unhappy, my mom is still sad even now as she still talks about it😢😭
