Shoprite I want my money

So shoprite has introduced a new way for its customers to deposit money direct into their bank account, on Saturday 20th of February I had a horrible experience with that service an amount of R1200 was cash and supposed to be deposited into my bank account but instead nokuphila Nsele from ennerdale shoprite withdrew an additional R1200 from my account and refused to give me the money back as cash she kept insisting that thy have returned it into my account today is the 22nd and there still no money in my account and shoprite still refuse to give back my money thy stole.
