Shoprite Human Resources treat labour related violations as a customer complaint

I made a call to Shoprite Headoffice to make them aware of labour related violations happening at Shoprite Empangeni. The issues i addressed were regarding staff requested to work without being given the days off as required by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Zelda, at head office, being responsible for Shoprite matters that pertains human resources rather referred me to customer services instead of referring me to the responsible person related to HR issues for Shoprite KZN. It has been clear that staff is disposable as clear BCEA violations has been disregarded and i have been told that labour inspectors are paid to look the other way. Working two weeks strait with no off days is slavery and not decent employment.
