Shoprite holding my baby milk money and robbing me

2 months ago I opened Shoprite Money Market account online in order to switch my sassa srd grant. I successfully opened the account and uploaded on sassa portal. Now sassa have approved my srd grant for 2 months but no paydate. Yesterday my friend sent me R88 from Tymebank account and R17 from Capitec account to my Shoprite Money Market account. To my surprise the money has not reflected even today. When I donwloaded Shoprite App I spoke to 3 different agents online. None of them was able to assist me. The last agest I spoke to told me Shoprite Money Market account is not active because I have run errands submitting my bank confirmation letter to sassa office for Shoprite salary switch. I request this account be closed with immediate effect and reverse my money from yesterday. All this time along they didn't communicate with me that the account is not yet active. Now I want to cancel amd close it, my baby needs milk I want my R88 and R17 be reversed immediately. Greatly disapointed by this ****ty Shoprite account.
