Shoprite Hlalamnandi bad attitude and service

Today at around 17:00 I went to Shoprite Hlalamnandi and on my arrival there's no one at the parcel counter, I went to the store where security officer told me I can't get into store with a bag. I asked for a person working at the parcel counter, but unfortunately was told no one is working there today, so I asked for a manager. Manager Nhlanhla attended me and told me me I can't get into store with my bag, I can just leave it at the parcel counter but at my own risk, I tried to explain why can't I leave a bag without security officer or at least one of her staff to make sure it's safe, then she indirectly told me it's either I do as she said or I leave the store. Is that how shoprite treat customers or it's a best customer service they can give us? I am concern about our safety since they can't make sure our parcels safe.
