Shoprite Hisense U90 lite

I was just inside the shop. Regards to a special on one of their mobile phones which is R029 as per their leaflet. I spoke to the admin manager on which she contacted her regional manager as I can see from her body language he is totally furious. He regional manager of Shoprite kwanonqaba refuse to give me the specials as per the leaflet. He said in his words that it is a error and tell the customer is a NO. it is not my problem but I will return to the shop tomorrow as I was insisting on the special which is not my error but Shoprite fault. Once my review is upload I will continue to lay a complaint to the ombudsman. It's not my error it's Shoprite error and I want the special. But the REGIONAL MANAGER REFUSE.
