Shoprite Hillbrow please refund my mother

Hello Peter, <br> On the 03/10/15 My mother Doreen Molibiemang Deposited R1560,00 at Shoprite Hillbrow for her cousin Alinah to withdraw at Shoprite Jane Furse and on the 6th of October Alinah went to Shoprite Jane Furse and she was told that the money was withdrawn already.My mother went to Shoprite Hillbrow to ask them and the manager refered my mother to Hillbrow Police station to open a case, she went there and she poke to Detective Nkwinika (case no 253/10/2014) contact number ***.Detective Nkwinika investigated and he told my mother that according to his investigations and money was withdrawn at Capitec Jane Furse by Julia- Tshego Mogale and he transfered the case to Detective Phetlha in Jane Furse Police Station (case no 134/10/2014) contact no ***.My mother went to Jane Furse Police station December last year to follow up with Detective Phetlha and he told her he is still busy with the case and that he has many cases like that and it will take long and six months later my mother is still waiting, no communication is made with her.My mother is a domestic worker Please help her.
