Shoprite Heidedal has the worst customer service e

Shorprite Heidedal is by far the worst in customer service with tellers swearing on their mothers' grave that they are not going to assist customers. We were queuing when a "closed" board was suddenly flashed in front of myself and 3 other customer, when we asked how, the teller insisted that she is closed. I phoned for the manager 3 times and I was left to hold for minutes all three times. When a manager finally approached the till bcos of the shouting, the cashier sore that she is not going to assist that long queue of people (consultant Velelwa and teller Dephney) the cashier then stood aside with a very angry looking face and the consultant had to assist.
