Shoprite Head Office should address this issue. The store we love is slowly starting to be the store we hate.

The level of customer service at Shoprite stores especially the ones that are situated in townships. Their cue are long and their cashier seems to be working in slow motion. The store that we always loved has become a place where people spend time waiting in the cue. This seems to be the problem with management in townships. We see when the level of services are being changed to the better when head office comes to inspect and it gets back to normal after the inspection.We just want to do shopping and not spend hours in cues.
