Shoprite has rude cashiers

Just Came from Shoprite to use the Cash Back service at the till. System took about 5min to Load then the cashier tell me that it's offline, while the cashier next to her is paying out someone that had the exact request as I did. Im tired of this. I have no words. Had an incedent with a cashier last week also. She sent me away saying ahe I busy, just to help someone else after that. Cleary park shoprite
