SHOPRITE HANOVER PARK CALLS FEMALE CUSTOMERS N*****S!

On the 16th December 2020 one of the Managers at Shoprite Hanover Park was asked to help us with a cellphone. He was irritable and rude when we asked him to send the phone back to the suppliers so that it could be looked at. He then slammed everything in the phone box, basically threw it at my 55 year old mom and said come back tomorrow and started swearing. This is when I called him out on his rudeness and he became aggressive and called both my mom and myself n*****s, vuilgatte and threatened to even assault us.

The next day when we spoke to the Branch Manager he laughed and said he spoke to him last week about his rudeness to the customers. So in essence, our incident could have been avoided if the Branch Manager dealt with the previous situation sternly.

We are living in a world where male abuse to females is justified as he only received a warning from the Branch Manager.

So thank you Shoprite Hanover Park for the worst customer service ever!
