Shoprite Hanover park

I bought 2 bottles of Darling fresh cream at shoprite Hanover park. When I whipped it it wouldn't get stiff, I mixed a tin of caramel with it and the cream was off. I then returned the cream to the store and asked the manager Hendricks Apric what about my caramel he said he couldn't replace it as it was not bought at his store. A whole tin of caramel to waste . I am disappointed by the poor service this store has given me. Be ause of their cream that was off my tin of caramel had to go to waste .he wasn't even willing to resolve my issue.
