Shoprite Gugulethu mall

I went to Shoprite Gugs mall we qued a lady came out of nowhere straight to the cashier n ask her to check balance for her, cashier rep**** humbly she must go to the que,the lady started arguing cashier kept quiet lady went straight to report to front controller,they then came with security to remove the cashier from till immediately.Cust can't just come n want to jump the que n we are also quing and expect to be serviced before us.Now they making as if poor cashier is wrong.Her name is Neziswa not sure I want to ask Shoprite not to dismiss her she did absolutely nothing wrong.
