SHOPRITE GUARDS ARE RUDE

I was at Shoprite KwaMnyandu Shopping Center, Umlazi yesterday the 10/12/2020. The experience that I got from there was very disappointing. I was at the exit. I was waiting for the security guard to check my groceries but instead he was busy chatting with his co-workers. So I asked him politely to please take the till slip from my hand. He then started yelling at me in front of the staff and other customers, telling me that I must stop rushing him he knows how to do his job and I dont pay his salary. We started arguing. I felt like he was taking advantage of me because I'm a woman. We continued to argue until he told me that he was gonna slap me. I wanted to cry but I didn't, I left. I felt so humiliated. It seems as if these guards never got a proper training. They don't know what customer service is. I'm never setting my foot there ever again, my family too.
