Shoprite Group query resolution is amazing

Thank you for handling my query with such grace. I bought a food product that did not meet the standard (won't go into detail about this as it is not a reflection of Shoprite). I called in this morning and explained the situation and also advised that I had lost the slip as we had had my sons party yesterday and the house is chaotic. I did swipe my Xtra Savings card though. The gentleman I spoke to on call reference 399656 - Lungisani was very understanding and apologized.

I sent pictures of the item and they've reimbursed my purchase with a voucher. It's nice to know that if we have issues they are resolved timeously and effortlessly. I didn't need to drive back which is +-20km to exchange or get the matter sorted. I just called the toll free number. Thanks a mil!
