SHOPRITE GREENACRES IN PE ILL - TREAT CUSTOMER

I bought 2 slice toaster 11 November 2017 at Shoprite Greenacres. This toaster now is not working, I took it back to the store & I was informed that it is out of stock & seemingly they have nothing to do as to assist me. I ask that they check for me which other store have it so that I can go there to swap in that store. They made phone calls & they informed me to go to Pier 14 Shoprite. On my arrival at Shoprite there is no stock of this item & the person who called asked the stove & not the toaster. This is not the first time I encounter this treatment from this same Shoprite.
