good day trust all is well. with me not so good. I have a issue with shoprite greenacres kiosk everytime I go there toplay lotto they tell me its offline bit I can see the screen does not say so. the one occasion there was a lady in front of me that got her ticket and when it was my tern they said offline. I wonder are they targeting me or what is the deal. also the cashiers are useless they are very unhelpful and don't like giving proper change. the one almost had a physical altercation with me when I complained and said I want to see the manager and even seeing a manager is a problem they to don't respect their clients. sometimes you stand in the que for a hour before getting to pay. prices are always incorrect and exchanges are a nightmare.
