Shoprite goodwood voortrekker poor work ethics and full of attitude

I went to open the insurance under outsurance after I have made the communication with them that I should go to store and open the policy and after that I should call them... The shop failed to assist me and they came up with the story of their system is down and you can see with their attitude that the don't want to assist me... I felt undermined and they are in the comfort zone forgetting that they are not doing me a favour here they are doing their job am not happy about their service... 😡😡😡😡😡
