SHOPRITE GOLDEN WALK(GERMISTON) BAD SERVICE

Ive never been so embarrased in this manner.. this morning before going to work i went to Shoprite in Golden Walk ( Germiston) to buy a kettle.. just when i was about to leave the store i was stopped by the security guards saying they got an instruction from the lady who was in survaliience room..

She came to me and i asked for my receipt which i produced, she then opened the box to check if it was the kettle inside, she them explained that the reason she did that was because yesterday theres a customer who came to buy an Essential kettle but left with an Ottimo kettle instead, so she thought i swapped them around..my wonder then was how could i have done when there are cameras around..she even said i was looking at you via the camera and i wondered why yoi specifically picked this kettle

I wanted to buy a black Essential kettle and thats exactly what i bought..im upset that the supervisors were there, watched this whole drama unfolding but did or said nothing..im a bif shoprite customer but i am utterly disappointed and disgusted by the treatment i received today..they couldve called to the office but nooo it had to be on show for everyone to see as if i stole something
