Shoprite Gold sport cashiers not friendly

ShopRite Gold sport in Bosporus, their service is bad. The cashier are unfriendly and rude. I have ask for the manager severally, however no one is ever willing to direct you to the manager. This afternoon I went in to draw R50, I asked for it to be in two (2) R20's and R10. The cashier gave me R50 and said that she doesn't change. I then told her I need it, she asked the cashier next to her who also said she doesn't have. The cashier simply told me to go because they don't have changed. I said to her the whole shop does not have changed. She eventually asked another cashier who rudely said she will give it to me if she has. To my surprise this cashier had a number of R20 and R10
