Shoprite glenridge

I always get bad service from the cashiers at this store. I don't know if their just miserable people, and if so let them work where there isn't any people. Or maybe their working conditions are terrible, or maybe its just that they were not trained on customer service. I live in protea glen, but every month end I go do my shopping in randfontein. That should say a lot, the other day I was there to buy simple things. And before the cashier closed the till I asked her so nicely for just R100 change and she blatantly refused. So I stood there and also refused to pay until she got me the change. Even their supervisors on the floor rude as hell. And I'm not the only one who thinks so, Shoprite head office please fix your store.
