Shoprite Gezina, useless as its manager

Shoprite is Gezina is new and the service is already a customer’s worst nightmare. The manager is just as useless as the money market employees. I went there looking for the voucher booklet and the response I got was that the key to the “safe” for the books was displaced and that I should come the next week. You could tell that the staff and managers were lazy an uninterested in assisting us. The manager is a colored guy who is just standing there nonchalant and unmoved by customer complaints and distress. The minute I asked for the manager’s name it seemed the “key to the safe” miraculously appeared and the books were found. I’m so disappointed with the lack of service and attitude of the employees these, specifically those who work at the money market, not forgetting the useless manager. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here.
