Shoprite gave my money to stranger

I want my money that was withdrawn by a stranger at shoprite commissioner street in johannesburg mini shoprite how can a cashier give out money without security questions i was shown footage over the phone but I'm not convinced because they did not give full details of the person that withdraw my money i want shoprite to refund me my money and make sure there's security when we transfer our money using their money market i still need answers from the cashier on security questions i will not rest until justice is done.
