Shoprite fo not care for their customers

Worst experience ever at Shoprite Richards Bay at tge wine section... We as customers are taken for a ride there, the staff get to ring their stuff in the wine section and us as customers have to wait for them to finish buying their stuff before we can be assisted at the same time we are not allowed to even pay for bread but the staff comes with a trolley full of groceries and we have to wait for them we are not considered as customers this has happened more than once i feel disrespected as a customer.
