Shoprite

Im not happy at all with shoprite ...bought a shoprite voucher from my mobicred account so when i went to shoprite to get my voucher shoprite said i cant get my voucher because my number on mobicred and money market is not the same ....and it will now take 21 days to get my money voucher to by food....nor mobicred or Shoprite did tell u on their website if ur numbers are not not the same that their will be a waiting time to return my money or give me my voucher wich i had to by food for my kids....and every day they do have exuses then my marriage certificate ect....im not happy at all now almost 2 weeks and still dont have my voucher to buy any food ....all they can say sorry about it you have to wait the time out....can kids wait for 21 days for food if that was my only money that is with shoprite....
