Shoprite *****er of elders

My name is Delisile magagula from lothair mpumalanga. I sent my niece on the18th of February 2021 to shoprite to deposit R1000 so that the person I am sending to can receive it. Unfortunately that money was withdrawn without an ID by an unknown. I approached shoprite with assistance and even opened a case with them to get my money back but to no avail. Shoprite has since been dodging me refusing to refund or compensate me. I have all the proof of documents that they staff allowed withdrawal of the money without an ID by someone unknown. I am not working and I am an elder struggling to make ends meet.
