Shoprite Eldos need another wakeup call !!!

The staff and management at the Eldorado Park branch does not deserve the support the get from this community. At the entrance the security always block the way. As you enter the sales floor there is a stand with marked down items. Customers restrict traffic flow cause everybody's interested in these items. From the first isle to the last isle the pricing is either wrong or missing, average not less then 5 items per isle, including fridges. Promotion items are not even high lighted and always out of stock. There are always long ques at the pay points, some customers even take out the frustration on each other. Money market is a disaster with slow cashiers or only one. Two out of ten time the kiosk will not have a closed sign. Most of the staff treat you as if you own them money, very miserable people, especially at the front. It is so sad that many people in this community either don't no their writes or don't use that knowledge. I suggest the supplier send mystery shoppers to the store who will verify what their LOYAL and VALUABLE CUSTOMERS have to experience on a daily basis. I will rather 20 km before shopping there again
