Shoprite dont care about their customers

<p>Good Day,</p> <p>On the 06th June 2016 i went to Shoprite at Olievenhoutbosch plaza to purchase just one item and since the queues was long, i decised to join the cigarette kiosk queue as used to pay there. The branch controller was by the side of the till leaning by the wall but never warned us that we are not suppose to pay at that till anymore. I jusy left my item at the till and left the shop and told the security that they will never see my face at that shop anymore, the way i was a usual customer even the securities knew me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last time i went to the shop was on the 04th April 2016 when i was doing crocery and found my pack of eggs with little rats in it and returned it and told myself i will only buy something that is not eatable at Shoprite hence i went back to buy my one item that was not eatable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I even have the pics of the rats in the box of eggs and i have attached it on this report.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hoping to hear from you soon.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>*****gwa</p> <p> </p>
