SHOPRITE DOEST CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

Recently i went to buy food worth R700 with my wife at Shoprite Sunrise Park at Rustenburg when 2 steel foldable chairs which were packed upright on top of the cool drinks refrigerators' fell on the head of my wife the same day that she was discharged from hospital because of other conditions. Workers laughed at her, and after reporting the matter at the manager they didn't even have an incident report form, they used empty A4 papers to take our statement (I HAVE COPIES IF ANY1 WANT TO SEE THEM) and told us to go to the Doctor and come back with the receipt, we told them we dont have money since we spend our last in their shop, they said we should go to government facility then, imagine! my sick wife queuing at the state facility because of their negligence!. my wife was in pain that time, they did not even have first aiders in place nor first aid box to check her head and maybe offer her pain killers!. SHOPRITE IS A VERY CRUEL STORE! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
