Shoprite disregard for community

Shoprite is opening a new shop in Alberton North. Currently they have a generator out in the open, running day and night. The noise is unbearable and nobody in the neighbourhood gets to sleep much. Furthermore, their truck, when offloading, parks over three quarters of the road, also blocking driveway . Cars have to pass on the edge of the road, and can not see oncomming traffic due to the truck across the road. The manager is very rude and states that there is enough space to pass. Any suggestions?
