Shoprite did it again!

I moved to PE from Rustenburg a year ago. During the move the nozzle of my PLATINUM ELECTRIC COOKER 6-litre got lost. I didn't know where to get another one, so wrote to Shoprite in Cape Town. They sent me a new one free of charge with courier service. I wrote about it then on Hello Peter. Now the very same cooker wouldn't seal any longer for some or other reason. Off I went to Shoprite again and the friendly manager order me a new seal, but when I took the cooker there to fit the new seal on, the lid still didn't close. To my great surprise Hilton gave me a brand new cooker to replace the old one! Apart from that I have compared their prices to other supermarkets and they are cheaper, and the fresh produce is definitely fresh. Gone are the days years ago when I didn't want to buy there because the fresh produce wasn't always fresh. Well done Shoprite - you have a customer for life, and THANK YOU for your outstanding service.
