Shoprite denlyn

Hi, I was buying only a 1 bottle of drinking yogurt at shoprite in denlyn, as I was in a hurry I rushed to a queue at the kiosk and I was the fourth person there..... Firstly the lady was slow and flirting with 2 guys she was helping and finally when she was supposed to help me pay for 1 bottle of yogurt, she refused and said " I don't help customers to pay for groceries, please go and join another queue for express tills........ I couldn't believe it and I kept begging her...... But she refused still......... Honestly when I get in The supermarket I expect to be helped to any till, efficiently possible with a smile ....... Unless the till is broken
