Shoprite Death Claim – Disappointing and Frustrating Experience

We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way Shoprite has handled our deceased family member’s death claim. We submitted all the documents requested from us, yet the funds have still not been disbursed to the rightful dependants.

What makes matters worse is that Shoprite continues to provide us with incorrect documentation, which is preventing us from receiving assistance from other institutions.

This situation has caused our family significant stress and hardship during an already difficult time. We sincerely hope Shoprite will urgently address this matter and provide the correct documentation and payment to the rightful dependants. Its over 24 months now with nothing positive I don't think its fair. honestly!
