SHOPRITE Dawn Park

I would like point out generally speaking, customer service at Shoprite is the worst especially in "townships" . You can't make people queue for more than 45 minutes just to get their items payed. Please resolve the following: 1. Unfriendliness of the Cashiers. 2. Laziness or slowness. 3. Competency issue for efficiency at till points and Management. 4. No packers at till points, why?

NB: Stop taking people for granted knowing very well that there's no "affordable " alternative out there. I've expressed my dissatisfaction with an outlet Manager at Dawn Park Boksburg Mr Nhlanhla Sibande. Do something please.
