Shoprite customer service needs to improve

I had a bad experience at Shoprite liquor shop at Jabulani mall. I went there to collect cash send from their money market. I waited for more than 30 min while the assistants were just standing around having conversations not caring about us. Usually it is an ease getting cash from there hence why I went there in the first place. After waiting for 30 min it was my turn to be served and was told they don't have the amount of cash I wanted and had to wait again for them to find the cash and I could see in the next till they had cash, so they served people behind me but the till that had cash was free they did not assist or take any cash from any one and when the guy decided to help me at the till that had money, he was rude when I asked him why it took so long assist me, I got helped eventually but had to wait and be attended with bad attitude. ( though out the whole this I was calm and never once was I rude to them) this happened on the 02 April 2024 at around 4PM
