Shoprite customer service line (brenden compliment)

Hi shoprite customer service, your 24 cm nun stick fry pan code with barcode *** needs to be recalled from your shelves, the nun stick paint comes out and then the pan starts to rust, causing a very high health risk, due to this, I had to return it to the nearest shoprite store, which was Pinetown shoprite, I had originally bought the pan at shoprite city view using my Xtra savings shopper card and paid with my Visa card, but unfortunately I couldn't find my receipt, due to this, I received such bad service in your store in Pinetown, as I was trying to do the exchange, the manager wasn't willing to assist and I had to call customer service, and spoke with a guy called brenden, he than Saud he was going to call the store and was going to assist me, and brenden did just that and the manager did exchange for me, so thank you shoprite customer service for helping out.
