Shoprite Customer Service Is Disgusting

<p>This evening I visited your Berea branch to buy 2 x 2L coke. I was looking at your cashier by the name of Felicia serving several customer before me and there's only one word I can use to describe the lack of respect this cashier had for her job and that is Disgusting. She was just throwing items that she's scanned behind her pushing the pinpad without a **** care. When I got to the front, with out greeting she scanned my items then raised her hand (meaning I should pay) I asked to pack my stuff and her response was "I don't pack". I told her o wouldn't pay untill she packed my stuff. I called the manger I think her name is Miss Park or Paak told her what just happened and she had the nerve to also tell me that "at the express till cashiers do no pack customers pack for themselves" and than left. The third lady was called didn't greet just asked me to move aside to remove my sale on screen then left. I left with out buying anything. If these are the kind of idiots you hire then I really wonder what values you teach these people.</p>
