Shoprite customer complaint

Hello Yesterday I went to Usave langa to collect money in Money Market I was insulted by security guard named Bambata infront of other customers.He raised his voice said to my state of mind isn't working properly because I am sleeping around with the foreigners.

I was embarrassed I didn't say anything because that was unexpected thing from well trained security. I think shopriteUsave is failing us by employing such people.i don't think I will be able to face the world again after such humiliation.

I tried to write an email to shoprite but I haven't receive any feedback .I don't think I will be able to set my foot there after what happen to me infront of customers,i am so broken inside.
