Shoprite Covid negligence

Good day, Last month I complained that Parys Shoprite has no sanitizing wipes to clean the trolley and basket handles, It is of no use if our hands are sanitized but we have to push a contaminated trolley. If I walk into Shoprite without hand sanitizing they get upset so what about the trolley handles, and to spray the handle with sanitizer is of no use, it needs to be wiped all round. Last Saturday and Wednesday they again had no wipes at Parys Shoprite, The people are not keeping check on their stock, Why is Shoprite Covid policy pathetic. Parys Shoprite has been closed a number of times due to covid , So is this not a lesson learnt. I gave 1 star but is should be Zero
