Shoprite, Cosmo City

I am very disgusted with Shoprite Cosmo City, I got charged twice for 2 of my items at the till and when I went to query it I was not helped, managers were refusing to come assist , on e eventually came , Vusi Khumalo, instead of assisting me as a customer he went to some room to eat, he was rude. The explanation I got is still not making sense, I left that Shoprite without my money back. Cosmo Shoprite staff are *********** and unhelpful including their mangagers
