Shoprite Cosmo

I deposited R5000 on the 8 November 2018 at Shoprite money market in Cosmo city, which was for my mom in Limpopo after advising her that I sent the money via SMS gave her the pin telephonically then was informed that the money was taken out in Joburg- Northgate Checkers which was taken within in 30minutes after sending the money. Issac Shai withdrawn the money...Tried speaking to the cashier's at Shoprite but no assistant just a referral letter that I had to take it the Honeydew police station - where I was assisted by Investogator Kruger ( ********** 236) I was told they handling too many similar cases...I worked hard for that money and my husband doesn't believe that the cashier ****med me how else would the other person withdraw it when I only knew the pin?? Am going through depression because of that money. Can someone from Shoprite head office please assist me..I have all the emails that were sent, case number is 278/11/2018 and still have the receipt from Shoprite.
