Shoprite continuous BAD service for our hard earned money

I always experience bad service from Jabulani mall Shoprite but I suck it up and keep quiet. But today was such a nightmare, every queue I went to it was closed and the tellers had given the last person the board that there are closed. I then went to get teller that was working when I got there I waited in the queue for more than an hour just to pay for four items. Then I asked for a supervisor but he just looked at me then turned him back without even even listening to what I was saying. The supervisor name is Edwin. All I asked is why are they closing tills when the store is full. He didn't even bother to listen. My concern was not sufficient as we still living in the Covid times and we shouldn't be in crowded places. Or does Shoprite even care
