Shoprite computicket desk

I always get bad service when I need to buy tickets for events or soccer at shoprite Meadowlands(Ndofaya Mall).

I always get told that computicket is offline, the printing machine is not working or they don't have stock. I reside in Meadowlands but the cashiers always have a nerve to refer me to joburg CBD or dobsonville which is an extra cost for me.

I dont understand why does management not sort out this problem as it has been going on for years. Bad service and incompetence if you ask me.
