Shoprite complaint

Hello My name is nthabiseng I will like to make a complaint about Shoprite money transfere in Danville in Pretoria I send my mother R1500 in Shoprite but forgot the pin and I lost the slip I was told wait for three to four working days so that they require a new pin for me it has been two weeks since I waited without any positive feed back when I go the I'm also told that the brance manager is not the so can you please assist
