Shoprite checkers

I went to shoprite at moyeni mall the cashier vivian was very rude to me I wanted to pay some items that were on special at that moment I was not having a shoprite smart card shopper she couldn't assist me until the front end supervisor come cause the que was stuck only to find out there's an alternative I do have the checkers card which she didn't explain to me about it she was insisting that I must go and get the shoprite card , they need to teach the cashiers how to treat us
