Shoprite CBD not safe and full of shoplifters and pickpocketers

I was ****** inside Shoprite CBD while in the queue the Man in a black jersey took my phone from me and the store manager said he was going to check out the cctv then told me that the isle have no camera view and that they can not help me or claim from the store insurance. It's so hard to get a valid explanation from the store manager and I had to get back in the long line to purchase my bubble gum and cold drink. I am very disappointed in the manner that this has happened and been felt with. They did not even alert security or make any attempts to fully assist me. They said sorry dear and told me that there are always customers who say that they have been ****** in the store especially month end. Keep your eye on your stuff when in Shoprite. You will not be safe while doing your own shopping 🛒... 😕😟
